LocalImgPdf is provided “as is”, free of charge, without warranties of any kind. Results are for informational purposes; verify important documents independently before sharing or filing.

You may use the site for personal or commercial purposes with images you own or are licensed to use. Do not attempt to disrupt the service.

Your images

You are solely responsible for ensuring you have the rights to convert, download, and use any image you process. We do not host your files and cannot restore them. Do not use this tool to infringe copyright or process images you are not allowed to handle.

LocalImgPdf does not claim OCR accuracy, legal advice, certified archival quality, or regulatory compliance (including any 等保 certification). Layout (Fit / A4 / Letter) and photo re-encoding may change file size and visual sharpness.

Limits

Browser memory and CPU limit file size and page count. Soft guidance: about 12 MiB per image and about 48 MiB / ~40 images per batch. HEIC/HEIF is out of scope for v1. OCR, e-sign, password PDF, and merging existing PDFs are out of scope.
